The Wandering Crow Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns and Refunds Through Third-Party Vendors

      • Returns and refunds through our Spreadshirt account are mediated solely through Spreadshirt. For items purchased through other third-party vendors, returns and refunds are managed through the respective vendor.

      2. Sales Through Our Website

        • Sales made directly through The Wandering Crow website are subject to the following policies:
        • 30-Day Return Policy: Purchasers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return items. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
        • Damaged Items: Refunds are available for items that arrive damaged. Proof of damage (such as photos) is required before the refund is processed.
        • Items Lost in Transit: We are not liable for items lost in transit, except in situations where it can be verified that the item never reached the provided address. In such cases, we will resend the item. Note that we are not responsible for items stolen after delivery (e.g., “porch pirates”).
        • Partial Credit: In situations where items are lost during shipment and verification isn’t clear, we may offer partial credit towards other merchandise at our discretion.

        3. All Sales Are Final

          • Except as outlined above, all sales are considered final. If you receive defective items, please contact us, and we will determine the best course of action.

          4. Shipping and Insurance

            • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. For high-value items, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against potential loss or damage during transit.
